Open the AOTOS app and select Teen Mode.
Set the speed limit to 15 km/h.
Check the bike, buckle the helmet, and begin with supervised practice.

Ride within local age and access rules. A speed setting does not replace braking, supervision, or training.

What does Teen Mode do?

Teen Mode lets you set a 15 km/h speed limit in the AOTOS app, approximately 9.3 mph. Set it before the ride and begin with supervised practice. Braking, suitable terrain, and careful riding remain essential.

How do I know if the bike fits my teen?

Check the current size and weight specifications on the product page. The rider should be able to balance, maneuver, and stop the bike confidently and meet local age requirements. An in-person fit check is a helpful starting point.

Where can we ride?

Rules depend on the bike’s classification and your location. Check local minimum ages, helmet requirements, and road or path access before riding. Reducing a speed setting does not change the vehicle’s legal classification.

Is the bike silent?

Electric drive has no petrol exhaust note. Tire, brake, drivetrain, and any enabled electronic sounds can still be heard. Regular maintenance and considerate riding help keep the neighborhood part of the plan.

What is different about the Pro?

The Pro adds a larger battery, GPS and 4G features, and tire-pressure monitoring. Compare the full specifications to choose the model that suits the rider. Ongoing connected-service terms apply.
