COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Thanks for shopping with aotos.com. International shipping might experience delay due to natural disasters or bad weather. to keep track of your order, contact support@aotos.com so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.

Currently, we provide free shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO. 

Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-inclusive, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

· It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

· Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

· Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours, Click Here to Track Your Order). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. 

· Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

· If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

International shipping might experience delay due to bad weather. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@aotos.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Before shipping

  • Order Cancellation: No processing fee if you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet
  • Change of Address: There is no fee for address changes before shipping.
  • Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, the product difference will be charged.

After shipping

  • Please note! We cannot modify, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
  • If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return. In this case, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and deduct the shipping costs, so please confirm the shipping address before placing an order.

ABOUT TAX

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
