We offer a 30-day free return policy.
- You may return the bike within 30 days of delivery if it is in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- To start a return, please email us at support@aotos.com with your order number and photos/videos if needed.
- We will review your request within 3 business days.
Return shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue, etc.), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Your Flux X26 Series is covered by our limited warranty:
- Main Components (Frame, Fork, Handlebar, Motor, Battery, Controller, Display, etc.): 1 Year
- Main Accessories (Throttle, Lights, Brake Levers, Charger, Shock Absorber, etc.): 6 Months
- Wear & Tear Parts (Tires, Fenders, Seat, Foot Pegs, Plastic Parts, etc.): 3 Months
Battery Note:
Covered for 1 year or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first), with capacity remaining at least 80% of rated capacity under normal conditions.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.More
