Love my new ebike. Took it to the iconic Lambeau field today!
My son love to ride it and as of me it suite my driving needs. The only concerns that bothers me is the sound or noise coming from the front brake and when you hit a bump it so noisy on the fenders. Overall love riding it and the power coming from the battery, 50miles for a full charge, thats a lot. And hope there’s a lot more accessories coming, like side mirrors and parts that we can buy at Aotos site. More power and regards to Aotos team.

Love the ebike super stoked the only thing I didn't like was putting it together i would rather you put it together 100% and charge the customer more in shipping. I dont like how it makes a sound when you start moving can the motorcycle sound be turned off? Thanks

Installation took about an hour and a half and instructions were simple to follow. Raining at the moment, Waiting to take a longer ride, but so far impressive.

Everything was great. Missed the FedEx delivery first time as I work nights, but my plan with this is to rebuild my left leg after an old injury. Assembly was not bad, all tools were included. I updated the firmware and it would no longer pair with my smart phone, so I cleared cache. Still need to do a factory reset and try again. Battery came fully charged. Looks and feels high quality. I think my bike was dropped before packing as the plastic battery tray was cracked and the right side panel that holds the battery in the middle of the bike was also cracked, broken through 3 screws. I’m going to attempt the repair with some washers, possibly super glue. Higher up on the collar to the right of the storage compartment is another place where the retaining screw broke through the plastic on the inside. Now my seat does not sit properly because of the slouch caused by that broken part, so it makes the seat flange bow and allow stuff to get in there possibly. Other than all of that, I’m glad my screen was not cracked and I hope the app gets a dedicated page for the Flex as the app only shows the scooter and the ridable luggage. 4.5/5 stars
Delivery when we'll driver put it in my garage. I was able to assemble without a second person. I would say the video could of been a little more detailed. The packaging was 10 out of 10. Everything was padded and wrap well. My only complaint is I am missing a screw from the handle bar bracket. I assumed it wiggled loose during shipping since the other 3 were very loose. However it was in the bottom of the box when I removed the box
it rides great and looks cool. my kids love it.
So for so good still waiting on the rest of my purchases, unfortunately I haven't been able to ride due to the fact I dont have my helmet, and the other items. Once I recived I will be able to truly enjoy the ride. Thank you
My bike can with out any damage. We assembled it slowly following the directions till complete. It would not turn on. I contacted support by email and they replied several times over 2 1/2 days. Still no power. I looked over the bike and remember a connector hanging behind the headlight. I had thought it was for the possible turn signals that may be available later on. I remembered that the grommet in the upper frame was hanging out when I unboxed the bike. (I had put it back properly.) So I pulled the grommet out completely and looked into the frame...there was another larger connector that looked like a match for the one behind the headlight. I carefully matched the plugs together and now everything works! A electrical diagram would have helped.
